De Novo - Legal Recruiting App app for iPhone and iPad

De Novo is a new mobile app to allow attorneys to browse the job market confidentially, casually, and commitment free. Our goal is to make the entire job hunting and hiring process more streamlined, transparent, and delightful for everyone. Lawyers confidentially can swipe through jobs, swiping right on any job that sparks their interest. If lawyers swipe right on a job, and if De Novos algorithm predicts the job also would be interested in them, then theyre a "match," and the lawyers are prompted to chat with a third party recruiting expert to find out more information. Chatting is totally confidential, and there is no pressure to ever do it.

To get started, all you have to do is fill out some basic information and create whatever username you want. And of course, no firm (including your own) can ever see you! We get it, confidentiality is key. This is totally for you!

De Novo allows lawyers to control their own job search, find out information before they commit, and stay up to date on whats going on in the legal market.

De Novo was created by a former big firm lawyer turned legal recruiter, who saw how annoying, intrusive, and inefficient the legal recruiting and job hunting process is from all sides.
